Sending Your Balance Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go straight to the wallet linked to your account — DANA, OVO or GoPay. We route the payout to the same wallet identity you used at deposit, which keeps the flow clean and reduces the chance of a misdirected transfer. Head to the withdraw tab, enter the amount you want to pull out, and confirm. If your account is already verified,
the request moves through our processing queue without extra steps. For your first withdrawal, we may ask for a quick identity check — that is the next section. No invented speed claims here; processing depends on wallet network status at the time.
- Go to the withdraw tab — Inside banking, tap withdraw and your linked wallet — DANA, OVO or GoPay — appears as the default payout destination.
- Enter the amount — Type the amount you want to withdraw. The screen shows your available balance so you can stay within it easily.
- Confirm and submit — Review the destination wallet and amount, then confirm. Verified accounts move straight to processing without additional input.
- Receive the transfer — The funds arrive in your linked wallet once our processing queue and the wallet network both clear the transaction.
